What does lifetime access actually include?
A permanent seat in the members redemption portal. You keep access to the full catalog, every future addition to it, and the redemption engine itself — with no recurring charge of any kind.
How does activation work?
After Stripe confirms your payment we issue a unique activation code to the email on your receipt. Create your account, enter the code, and your membership is live immediately.
Why is there a 30-hour window between redemptions?
Inventory is finite and real. The 30-hour cadence keeps stock available to every member instead of letting a handful of accounts drain it. The timer is enforced on our servers and starts the moment you redeem.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
Availability is shown live on every card, so you always know before you commit. Out-of-stock items are restocked from the inventory pool as it replenishes — and your redemption window is never consumed by an unavailable item.
Can I share or transfer my membership?
No. Activation codes bind to a single account on first use and cannot be re-bound or transferred. One membership, one operator.
What if a code I redeemed doesn't work?
Contact us within 24 hours of redeeming and we'll replace it from inventory. Replacements are recorded against your account so support always has the history.
